My original game set
I've put together a list of the Acorn BBC Games I inherited with
my BBC Master 128. They were on a variety of media (5¼, 3½ and
Tape), I assume as we apparently also used to have a BBC Micro B
which relied on Tape before my Dad must have upgraded to a 5¼ at
some point.
All of the 5¼" discs were either Tapes that had been copied to
disk, copies of games (either pirate of from a master disc). The
3½" discs were legitimate copies of Play it Again Sam 6 and 7
oddly for the Master Compact (which we never had), a Beebug
Welcome Pack disc, the Master 128 Welcome Disc (backup) and
others which have now been lost to time. And finally a selection
of tapes which I rarely used, I think these were mainly type-ins
that my brother had saved. With the exception of the 3½" Discs
all of these ended up down the tip...boo!
As this is from memory it's likely that there are some I have
forgot, however those denoted with a * I played the s*** out
of!
